Q. How long will it take to produce my Photo-Tile Print?

A.    Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for completion once the choice is made for the overall Image.

Q. How many individual photographs do I require for a Photo-Tile Print?

A.    Due to the specialized process we use, the more photos you provide us with the more detailed and interesting the final print will look. We recommend at least 75 images be supplied which can be repeated throughout the overall Photo-Tile Print . Each Photo-Tie Print is comprised of more than 2000 photo tiles.

Q. I don't think I have enough photos. What can I do?

A.    If you are creating a Photo-Tile for an event such as a wedding, you can ask your friends and relatives to become a part of this exciting Photo-Tile Print by providing you with any photos they have taken.

Q. I have a great photograph for use as the main image, but don't have any other photos? What can be done?

A.    We can produce you a beautiful Photo-Tile Print using images from our stock photography collections.

Q. Can I e-mail you our photos?

A.    Due to the number of images required for this process we prefer that you copy your photos to a CD, DVD or one the various formats of Flash Drives, and either mail them to our Production Studio at 1905 Park St. Regina, SK S4N 2G5, OR call 545-2429 to make an appointment.

Q. Can I send you my photos on a USB Drive or one of the various formats of Flash Memory Cards? And will I get it back?

A.    Yes, you can send us the photos on nearly any portable storage device, just ensure they are well packaged if mailed to avoid damage during transport. We will return the drive or memory card to you along with your completed Photo-Tile Print.

Q. I have regualr prints and a few negatives, can I send you those to?

A.    Yes. We do provide professional scanning services for converting both prints and film negatives to digital format.

Q. Can I use a black & white image for my Photo-Tile Print?

A.    Yes. We can produce a B&W Photo-Tile Print with both B&W and Colour images supplied.

Q. Can any image be used as the main image in a Photo-Tile Print?

A.    Yes, although some images will look better than others as a Photo-Tile Print. See It's as Easy as 1 2 3 for a quick guide to choosing a main image for your Photo-Tile Print.

Q. I am getting a Photo-Tile Print as a gift for a friend. Can you ship it to him/her?

A.    Absolutely, just provide us with the recipients mailing address.

Q. I'm from New York and want to have your company produce a Photo-Tile Print for me. Can you ship it to the USA?

A.    All Photo-Tile Prints are carefully and sturdily packaged and can be shipped anywhere in Canada and the USA.
